At Hedleys, your transaction is carried out by a named solicitor who will represent you throughout the transaction.

We will usually be able to give a reliable estimate of the likely legal work in property transactions, which often become fixed fees if the transactions complete. If a transaction does not complete, we will discuss with you how much needs to be paid and that will depend on both the work that was carried out and whether that work can be re-used in another transaction.
